Game Style/Combo
Our large variety of sports and game-style/combo fitness classes on offer (conducted both indoors and outside) are sure to provide you with both plenty of enjoyment and a great workout. Different levels for different stages of conditioning are available.
Boxing
A non-contact boxing workout with fellow members. Learn a variety of punching and kicking combinations that focus on cardio and muscular endurance, as well as form and technique. Classes available for all levels.
Pump
An overall workout for your strength and muscular endurance. These sessions use light weights and a range of exercises in a 45 minute workout to help you tone up and feel younger.
Fit Ball
A 45 minute workout designed to develop abdominal strength, endurance and increase your range of movement through abdominal exercise.
