Aqua Fitness

 

A great low impact workout in the pool, suitable for all fitness levels. Aqua Fitness is currently held on Tuesday evenings at 6pm in our 25m heated pool.

 

Tai Chi

 

Gentle, fluid movements that are relaxed. Improves flexibility, posture and muscle strength. It is an effective exercise for healthy mind and body.

Combo

 

Circuit style class working through a variety of stations to achieve cardiovascular snd strength goals. Different levels for different stages of conditioning are available.

 

Boxing

 

A non-contact boxing workout with fellow members. Learn a variety of punching and kicking combinations that focus on cardio and muscular endurance, as well as form and technique. Classes available for all levels.

 

Strength

 

A weights focused session to enhance strength, posture and tone through light weights and high repetitions

 

Core Strength

 

Ideal low impact workout focusing on core strength, increased range of motion and abdominal strength.
